We have a 7 day policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. Any returns requested after the allocated time will not be accepted.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, in its original packaging with tags. If these conditions are not met, we will not proceed with the refund.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@modestthelabel.com.au including your order number and photographic evidence of the faulty item. If your return is accepted, you will have to cover the shipping fees associated with the return and delivery. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the initial shipping fee paid when the item was first purchased, if applicable. Once we receive the package and if it meets our policy, we will proceed with the refund. The refund process can take up to 14 working days from refund confirmation. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please use our size chart to ensure you order the correct size before placing your order. In situations where sizing is an issue, we are happy to provide exchanges, subject to availability of your size. We suggest to do the exchange without delay due to limited stock and to avoid disappointment. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unstained and in the original resealable condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. If these conditions are not met, we won't be able to accept the item for an exchange. Alternatively, we can offer a store credit of the same amount it was purchased for excluding the shipping fee. This will be valid for 1 month from when we receive the item and send you the credit.

To initiate your exchange, we require you to send through an email to info@modestthelabel.com.au to receive an exchange form with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without including the completed exchange form within your parcel so we know what to provide for you in return.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the item for exchange or store credit. If you are approved, we will send you the store credit via email or deliver the chosen exchanged item if available.

We do not offer any refunds, exchange or credits on Jilbab Sets, Khimars, Pre-order items, Sale items or items purchased with discount codes.

Full priced items can be eligible for exchange or credits.

Credits are valid up to 1 month from when it was provided to you. Credits obtained from exchanges cannot be exchanged or credited for a longer period.
